About Mochi Glide

Mochi Glide is a cosy slide-puzzle starring a little mochi on a tray of glossy ice. You do not steer it step by step — instead you swipe a direction and the mochi glides that whole way, sailing on until something stops it: a soft wall cushion, the edge of the board, or a springy bumper pad. The puzzle is reading the ice and planning your line, because once the mochi is moving you cannot turn it mid-glide. Slip onto the glowing goal tile to clear the level. When gems are scattered around, your mochi vacuums up each one it slides over, and you have to gather them all before you can rest on the goal.

How to play Mochi Glide

Swipe a direction on the board (up, down, left, or right) to send your mochi sliding that way.
The mochi keeps gliding until it hits a wall cushion, the edge of the ice, or a bumper pad — it always comes to rest in the next free cell.
If there are gems on the ice, slide over each one to collect it — you must gather every gem before you can finish.
Bring the mochi to rest on the glowing goal tile (with all gems collected) to clear the level and earn three stars.
Tap the home ring where you started to teleport the mochi back if you slide somewhere awkward, or hit the restart button to reset the puzzle.
Clear all 20 hand-built levels to unlock Endless mode, where fresh ice puzzles are generated for as long as you want to keep gliding.

Tips & strategy

Plan your whole line before you swipe — the mochi cannot stop or turn in the middle of a glide, so think a move or two ahead.
Walls and the board edge are your brakes. Use them to park the mochi exactly where you need it, instead of overshooting.
When you have to collect gems, look for a path that sweeps several of them in one long slide rather than chasing each separately.
Use the home ring to teleport back if a slide leaves you boxed in — it is a free re-orient, not a wasted move.
On arrow tiles in the Ocean world, picture where the bend will send you, since one swipe can corner across the whole board.
