Mochi Rings

Mochi Rings is a free, candy-coated Tower of Hanoi puzzle: lift the rings one at a time and rebuild the whole sweet stack on the glowing goal peg — without ever resting a bigger ring on a smaller one.

About Mochi Rings

Mochi Rings is a cute, pastel take on the classic Tower of Hanoi puzzle. A row of candy pegs rises from a glossy base bar, and a tower of glossy rings starts stacked largest-to-smallest on one peg. Your job is simple to say and satisfying to solve: move the entire tower onto the peg marked by a pulsing glow and a hovering star. The catch is the one golden rule of Hanoi — you can only ever move the top ring of a peg, one ring at a time, and you may never set a larger ring down on a smaller one. Every legal drop thunks into place with a soft candy chime, and the goal peg counts your progress as the tower climbs back into order.

The puzzle grows with you. Mochi Rings has 20 hand-tuned levels spread across five candy worlds — Berry, Citrus, Mint, Ocean, and Galaxy — that ramp from a gentle three-ring tower up to towering seven-ring stacks, and add a helpful fourth peg from the Ocean world on so the big towers stay fair. Past the curated set, an endless mode keeps generating fresh four-peg puzzles that never repeat, each with its own colour theme and layout. Because every position is a true Tower of Hanoi instance, every level is always solvable, and a one-tap Undo plus a Restart mean you can experiment freely and never get stuck. Clearing any level lights up all three stars.

How to play Mochi Rings

  1. Pick a level from the level-select grid, or jump into endless puzzles once you have cleared the 20 curated levels.
  2. Tap a peg to lift its top ring — it rises and hovers, ready to be placed, while legal destination pegs gently pulse.
  3. Tap a second peg to drop the ring there; you can also press a peg and drag the ring straight onto another peg.
  4. Remember the rule: a ring can only land on an empty peg or on a larger ring — try to stack a big ring on a small one and it bounces back with a buzz.
  5. Work the whole tower over to the glowing goal peg (the one with the hovering star and counter) one ring at a time.
  6. Stack all the rings on the goal peg to win, earn your three stars, then tap Next to continue the candy climb.
